All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. During peak sales periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We use a reliable Standard Express service and offer free shipping on all orders.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

 

  • Once your order has been dispatched, please allow approximately 10 business days for delivery.

  • Please note: This is an estimated delivery time. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, remote locations, or specific circumstances with the courier service.

 

Order Tracking

 

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your package is dispatched, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. You can use the link provided in the email to track the status of your package at any time.

  • If you are unable to see tracking information within 24 hours of receiving the email, please wait patiently or contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

  • Lost Packages: If your package tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front desk, or with your neighbors first. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us within 3 days of the "delivered" date. We will assist you in working with the courier to file a claim.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please take photos and keep all original packaging. Contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged item, and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address. If a package is returned due to an address issue, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make any changes.
